Born and raised in Los Angeles California, Sirag had an eye for business at a young age. In 2011 he graduated from Cal State University Northridge double majoring in Business Marketing and Finance. Immediately after finishing college, Sirag started Riviera Restaurant Group, a full-service restaurant group that managed and operated restaurants, a catering division, and provided consulting services to other restaurants. Sirag and his childhood friend built a strong company eventually owning 3 restaurants in the greater La area. After 5 years in the industry Sirag decided to shift his career and go back to his childhood roots of wanting to be a firefighter. During the tedious hiring and training process, Sirag earned his EMS and rescue diver credentials.
During this time, Sirag developed a passion for building and developing businesses and started freelance consulting for several small businesses with Grey Matter being one of them. In May 2017 Sirag joined the Grey Matter team as a managing partner where he expanded and grew the brand. His passion for customer service and attention to detail is a benefiting factor to the success of Grey Matter.
Sirag officially started his consulting company KHORSH GROUP in 2020 where he plans to build a strong and resourceful network determined in supporting and growing small businesses around the country.
In his free time Sirag enjoys spending time with his family, boating, racing motorcycles, writing, traveling, and constantly looking for ways to advance himself and those around him.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Anthony initially moved to Southern California to pursue his aspirations in Brazilian jiu jitsu and finish his studies in sport psychology at CSU Long Beach. Cutting hair as a hobby since the age of 16, Anthony found a renewed passion for cutting hair after cutting many of his teammates and college peers.
With this new passion, Anthony enrolled in barber school at Paul Mitchell Costa Mesa where his love for cutting hair and barbering continued to grow. Having looked up to Vince since he started cutting hair, a dream came true when he was presented with the opportunity to join the Grey Matter team. Being surrounded by such creative individuals, Anthony continues to learn and grow in his craft, taking inspiration from not only traditional barbering, but classic and modern hair dressing.
To this day, Anthony religiously works on mastering his craft, priding himself in his attention to detail and understanding of hair on a technical level. In addition to being an outlet for creative and artistic expression, Anthony sees barbering as an opportunity to serve and share his passion with others.
